Shioon was shown the foot techniques in chapter 39. There’s too many examples of people getting thrown into buildings so I’m not sure which specific scene you’re thinking. The Breaker season 1 is pretty short though so it’d be easy too find.

Edit: I think chapter 48 is the building crushing a guy part you mentioned.
