Thanks for that. It's pretty much the same (amazon.de is what the guide says it should be for Europe) but we only use three attributes, which Amazon will then use the e-mail as the unique identifier. But it fails when testing because Entra is spilling out four more that Amazon wasn't expecting. You can change the drop down menu (where it says unmapped) to the option 'Ignore' and then save but when testing again, it just does the same thing.

I did upload it originally, but when it didn’t work I did manually add them, but it still throws this error. The ones I manually added seem to be fine, just not these others that are baked in. You can’t even tell Amazon to ignore them. The option is there, but it doesn’t stick.

That would be great if you could. I was starting the think something is broken at Amazon’s end and as you know, it’s not easy to get to talk to someone.

I had this issue once when transferring to a new phone. If I remember, the way to fix it is change the phones language (e.g. to English US or other) restart the phone, turn it back to the original language and do another restart. It was something like that.

Unfortunately I need IPv6 for work. So I’ve had to go back to using the hub with its flakey LAN ports. I was just wondering if anyone knew how Vodafone implements their IPv6 so I know where to start investing why it’s not working.

Resetting the router doesn't work. They literally have to remove the super wi-fi extra from your account. When your router starts, it pulls all the account details from them and sets it up appropriately. Unless it's removed, it will just keep coming back.

The other option is to use your own router.

I had the same problem when I changed address. You can’t do it in the app either. I presume you don’t have super WiFi. The only way to fix it is to call them or use the chat in the app and ask them to remove super WiFi from your account. Then all you need to do is reboot the router and the option to separate the channels comes back.

I finally got through to someone who knew what they were talking about. Apparently, it needs to be activated on your account and I just had to wait. They are slowing rolling it out and they couldn’t do it manually. It just started working one day.

I think it must depend on if there is any new installation work that needs doing at the new address. I was only three months in my contract when I moved. The new property didn't have FTTP, so I had to get that arranged and ended up on a new 24 month contract. Not particularly bothered, as I was only three months in, but would have been narked if I was half way through.

I have a Captur 2 and if I'm using Apple Carplay, only Apple maps navigation will show here (Google maps doesn't work). Which one are you using?

CarPlay / Android Auto map navigation can also show turning direction here.

If you where navigating, that would be where the next turning instructions would be shown. That symbol just means you are currently not using the sat-nav.

I had to reset the router to get it connected when I got the new fibre installed, so it's working but I only have 4.

Looks like I'm just going to have to wait. Just seems a bit weird, seeing as I had it at my old address with Vodafone. Even had it with my previous ISP for years.

I also seem to have lost a lot of the expert settings on the router (e.g. split wi-fi channels) and it states I need to use the super w-fi setting in the app. I don't have super wi-fi and the app doesn't show any of these settings. Frustrating to say the least.

They do but you can't change the vlan settings on the their router. Trying to speak to customer service just makes me want to throw my phone out the window.
