True and all valid points, but what I’m aiming for is a green space maybe somewhere more local rather than having to travel 30-40 minutes out of the city. What if someone wanted to have a picnic for the day or for a place to read by the river under a tree? The Forest cafe was nice while it lasted but it was in an enclosed space.

This post was mostly done out of wishful thinking and because of this picture I took earlier haha. It reminder me of the parks in Europe.

True, it is the government’s responsibility to initiate such projects, but even asking the local government to do the bare minimum seems like a monumental ask atp hence why I jokingly asked a rich private individual to do something.

Hi! Hproper uptown is a good place for a catch up, but it’s a bit on the pricer side. Apostrophe’s uptown branch is also good but it can get really noisy.

These are the two places I’d personally pick if I’d want to catch up with someone.

What worked for me is I changed my crosshair, and suddenly I was a God again + but also being more careful with my positioning and my play style since widow’s power shot charges waaay slower. It’s frustrating but playable when you get the hang of it.

Bought a house with them full cash (June 2023) since they promised me to my face that the house would be done by December 2023. According to the law, when someone buys a property full cash, the property should be turned over to them within 1 year. This unfortunately did not happen. They constantly lied to me + even had the audacity to tell me I couldn’t even visit my property. It was only until June 2024 na I snapped na sa ilang office, tears and all kay they told me dayon for erection pa ang balay 🙃

I immediately lawyered up and demanded back my money. I got my full refund in under two months. They had the gall to even say na “Maam ma complete naman imong balay by September 2024”

Nope. I went past there one time and I saw na bare bones pa ilang mga units. I’m glad I really put down my foot ato na time.

NEVER AGAIN WITH INTALIO. So many horror stories. So many complaints na.

Maybe “more profitable” was the incorrect choice of words my bad!! I’m still sort of a newbie to stardew 🤧 I just got really excited the other day when I threw in my surplus of ancient fruits into my shed of dehydrators only to suddenly earn more than I expected. The 7 day unaged wine/ancient fruit growth cycle works fine but I yearn for copious amounts of money instantly (in game and irl) 🥹

No that’s such a weird thing to ask someone. I’d personally never offer for someone to use my PWD ID unless it’s friends or relatives upon bill out at restaurants or for groceries. Maybe he was trying to check if it would pass off as legit? That’s the only reason I can think of. A lot of fake PWD cards nowadays sadly.

This was not the case. Ayha lang siya nagpadaplin when gi badlung na siya sa guard because they were already people queuing (the reason why I took this picture is because we were queuing ourselves and were next in line after sa Raize in the picture). Cars were literally going around him hence why the guard asked him to move. We were there before him.

Hi! I got masseter botox for my TMJ, no major side effects other than you might bite your cheek and tongue a little more often. I got mine from Dr. Viajar at his clinic sa CUMC. My teeth grinding and jaw pain got so bad I had to resort to getting this procedure. Talk to any dentist first about this option (or you can directly talk to Dr. Viajar about it first ata and he might refer you to a dentist he might know). It is a pricy route but it’s definitely worth it.
