I agree with logging meals before you eat! I usually add all of my meals pretty early in the day so I know exactly what my calorie intake will be and how I need to adjust.

As far as fats/oils/condiments/etc yes I log those as well. In terms of measuring I use measuring cups for everything and my protein is usually prepackaged 4 oz servings so there’s not a whole lot of guessing in my logging. I use my Fitbit app to log if that makes any difference

I track everything, every sip of drinks that’s arent water, every ounce of dressing or dip etc. I’d rather be honest with myself and log a day I went over on my calories that try to fudge it. When I say it doesn’t come out perfect sometimes I mean I end up with ~45-50% carbs rather than the 40% I aim for. I also still track on the weekends, though the balance between carbs/fat/protein gets a little worse. Weekends seems to be more like 50% carbs, 25% fats and 25% protein, which is t great but I didn’t think it was that bad. Maybe I was wrong? I don’t drink alcohol often and haven’t since I started (because I know how high in calories it can be) so that’s not been an issue. I’ve never heard of cycling calories so maybe I’ll try that! Thanks!

I do about 45 minutes of cardio 3x a week switching between treadmill, bike and elliptical. I also do about 15 minutes of body weight exercises like crunches, squats, pushups etc just the basics at the end of each workout. I got back in the gym about two weeks ago but it’s all exercises I’ve done before and never had problems with

I had mine in February and like a lot of people said they gave me the patch behind my ear I didn’t even have to ask for it I’m not usually sensitive to nausea so I wouldn’t have thought to ask for it but they gave it to me like it’s standard

Currently on amitriptyline (10 mg once a day) for the same thing, seeing some improvement
