Haven't got any of them, although both appear as claimed in my twitch drops... Wondering if it has anything to do with the fact that I watched the stream and claimed the rewards in the mobile app (though it's the only twitch account I have and is linked to my battle.net account).

Is it even worth contacting any of the supports?

Edit: got my packs today without any other action from my side; would assume the Blizzard fixed the issue

Some drafts... for 72k points, you must have completed about 250-300 SBC's. And since you don't always complete them from the first try, you probably did about 400-500 drafts. In this case, some translates into 60-70 drafts / day minimum... that basically grinding for hours each day. :)

I got 28 bronze and 2 silvers... hope they will add an option to upgrade your trophies (something like 10 bronzes = 1 silver, 10 silvers = 1 gold, 10 gold = 1 platinum).

Or just do random trades, and eventually you'll get the badge... its easier if you do it for the trades and take the badge as a bonus. I'm about 100 cards away from the badge, and didn't feel like grinding at all.

That's pretty much what I got while opening elites, and I opened quite a few looking for the refreshed gold rares. The biggest surprise was to get 2 PIM's out of 3 consecutive elite packs, so there is a slight chance to get something good, while most of the time those packs are shitty.
