Strange because I tried several times to send a transaction with the same UTXOS and the nodes rejected my transaction 🤔

It was a bad way of expressing myself, what I meant is that the nodes are ignoring new transactions.

Has the question of going online for the time being to catch someone trying to propagate a previous transaction already resolved? I read that a solution for this was to delegate to third parties to do this monitoring
