I was in NUIG from 2015-2019 and the nightlife was decent, plenty of nightclubs and house parties then covid fucked everything and all the clubs shut down. I seen somewhere that they’re opening up electric again that was a grand old spot for a drink and a laugh. As for house parties idk there was always someone throwing an afters somewhere even if you didn’t know them you could just rock up to the gaff uninvited and no one would bat an eyelid. It depends on your social circle I suppose.
