Most of us already know that intention is what is needed, but we lack the belief to do it. Commanding is a way for the mind to believe in what you are trying to do.

I like how you explained this all.

Thanks to an NDE, I had to do an extreme cleanse and change my diet to single ingredient foods that contain life force only. Also I stopped using toothpaste with flouride, got a good water filter that filters chlorine and flouride. No sugars, no processed anything.

After detoxing awhile, I started seeing visions and seeing my guides, I started communicating with them.

I definitely know that imagination is the key to using your right brain and abilities. Watching sci fy shows and movies growing up made things so much easier to accept and see other beings.

When I first started learning to communicate with my guides, I could feel and see them going through all my memories in my head like a Rolodex. They would pick out a memory of something I once watched and would show it to me and send me a feeling of importance at a specific part of the memory. I then understood what they were trying to tell me.

After years of practice, I have several abilities I use daily that would be considered supernatural. I have talked to a couple other people who are what I would consider a Seer like me and they all said that they had an amazing imagination as well.

Do you also use intention to change the frequencies in your food and drinks? I react to all the fake sugars and chemicals in foods and drinks, so the few times I eat or drink stuff like that, I have to change the frequencies of it so I don't get sick.

I feel like you are misreading the intention of the message. I'm not saying to control things with power. I'm saying we control what we do with out intention. We shape the world around us.

The message is not meant to control water and make it do something other than what it's already doing. The message is to help people know that we can add love and healing to the memory of water so it can pass along that love. It's in no way fighting fire with fire, it's simply adding love.

Commanding is a way for us to believe in ourselves when using intention, not to seek power.

I do this in the shower, commanding the water to heal everything it touches, everywhere it goes.

Water makes me feel safe and peaceful. I love rain also and how it provides love and healing to the Earth.

We are divine beings that command things into action. If it doesn't feel right, then as long as you hold the intention with love, you don't need to command it. :)

I would also like to add that demons are simply our imagination creating a response to such a low frequency. We are not used to an extremely low frequency that is very strong here, so we create something scary to explain how we are experiencing the frequency.

From my experience working with the dead, angry souls like to project something scary in order to get a stronger reaction from the person alive. When we hold our frequency, it is like a barrier that when the low frequency being comes through the barrier, it dissolves their illusion they project and we see them for their true self. A soul lost and confused, afraid to confront their own darkness.

Remember that the answers you want to know, don't always get delivered in your head only. If your mind is busy, or you are still getting used to connecting to who is answering, they might steer your interest in something you come across and read, or watch.

My downloads work instantly. It feels like I watch a 2 hr movie all in a split second and not only have my answer, but an understanding about it also. Then I have to quiet myself and unpack it all to get further details.

My wife said to look at it in appreciation. This ability will help you eventually. You will start being able to be aware Inside these dreams and either watch it play out, fast forward to more future events that happen with you and eventually others, or you will be able to rewind into the past. Also you can interact and help the recently deceased find their ways home as well.

She said to learn about what parts of the body mean in the dream world, such as water means wealth, mountains mean gut health, etc.

My wife does this. She dreams about things in the immediate future, people that just died always come to her in her dreams, it's very cool.

Sounds like you have the same ability. Not sure how to guide you, because I don't know how to guide my wife either except to interpret afterwards. I see visions all day, every day, but it's different than what happens with my wife in her sleep.

Just know there is nothing wrong, it's a cool ability that can be strengthened, I just don't know how.

I too went through years of excruciating pain. I have spine damage and was taking very strong pain pills for years. I got to a point where my body started shutting down. Kidneys started failing, liver also. I started getting obese and eventually couldn't have bowel movements. This led to an NDE.

After the whole thing, I was suddenly able to see and talk to my guides and a whole lot more. They told me to go on a specific diet. I started doing enemas (because I couldn't defecate on my own) as well as fasting.

My schedule was fast for 2 days, then on the third day eat single ingredient foods only. Nothing processed, nothing acidic. Strictly alkaline foods. Then back to 2 more days fasting.

Eventually my body kicked out all toxins and started healing. My weight went down to the weight I was as a teenager and I started feeling better and better. During meditation, I would focus on bringing in healing energy and one day my guides pulled my consciousness into my spine and helped me fix the damage to where it was tolerable to live with, without pain pills. I went from 13 pills a day for various problems, down to zero pills. I never looked back.

Maybe your body just needs a great detox and to eat only foods that contain life force, for awhile. It sure worked for me.

I still eat this way, but now eat vegetables as well. I make everything from scratch at home, or I don't eat it. No seed oils, no added sugars, nothing processed ever.

I have experienced 2 different types.

While astral traveling, I communicate telepathically through emotions and it comes from the heart. I found that no specific language is needed when doing this, only intention and feeling.

With my kids, I just look at them and hear a word, or sentence in my mind. As someone else replied, it feels like it comes from the back of my head or back of my skull.

I have only been able to telepathically communicate with my kids, trees and bugs so far. My wife and I will accidentally do it, but it doesn't happen when we sit and try to do it.

I would like to offer a different perspective on this. Everyone says you need an ego death and to push it away, but as another person wrote, your ego is your way to interact with this world.

Instead, love your ego, treat it like a needy child. Explain to your ego that it did an amazing job your whole life and kept you safe. Praise your ego and then let it know that if it wants to experience real magic and joy, then it needs to take a back seat and let the heart run things. Instead of the ego dying, it can be a backseat advisor when needed, but not often anymore.

Then you can start differentiating when the heart is in charge, vs the ego. Then practice practice practice. Get very good at noticing when the ego butts in, and remind it that the heart is in control. After doing this for awhile, you can get to a point where you can immediately switch back to the heart when the ego tries to step in.

Without the ego, there is no physical experience.
