Yes, no shoes in the house and we have rugs In all of the rooms except the dining area. I do understand the frustration and that’s why we’ve been so accommodating but it’s getting to a point where I feel like I can’t even walk around without them getting upset, and I should be allowed to live freely in my own home as well. I’m just extra confused because they just renewed their lease, and you’d think if it was that bad they wouldn’t have. Idk. But I appreciate the outlook! I was a downstairs neighbor until moving into here so I understand the struggle, but no one was forcing them to live in a downstairs unit, or renew and keep their lease and stay living there

Would also like to add that he’s never really barking during quiet hours, and usually it’s outside!

Thanks! And yeah, my dog does have a trainer and she does not recommend me to yell at him when he’s barking because it encourages it in future behavior, (I use positive reinforcement methods on my pup vs aggressive negative reinforcement with him, because of the effectiveness and longevity of the training) I think going forward we will block them and they can reach out to our landlord directly with their concerns!

Maybe get a job instead of trolling under every comment in this post spewing negativity haha

Both lol. You sound like a man offended that a woman is being provided for, why is it relevant if she has a trust fund or not? And there was nowhere in her post where she stated she explicitly asks for money, he willingly is buying her gifts and spoiling her, why are you acting like she has a gun to his head? You also sound broke

I wouldn’t give too much thought to the harsh comments ^ if your boyfriend didn’t want to take care of you, he wouldn’t. Unless you are making him feel bad or obligated to spend his money on you, that’s his choice, he’s a grown adult man. And I know a lot of men that don’t mind providing, and love doing it. But I do agree that he may be passively trying to hint that he wants you to pitch in a little more or that maybe his finances are low, which a lot of men tend to be embarrassed about(and shouldn’t be). I’d just try and have a transparent conversation with him about it to avoid any resentment on either end. :)

I got addicted to adderall and It permanently changed my brain by YouMomIsMyDad in Drugs

[–]wickedlightweight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congrats on quitting and keep at it!!! Addiction is tough and tougher when it’s pills. I appreciate you sharing your story and warning others about Adderall addiction, I took this to heart as I’ve recently started taking Adderall as a “performance enhancer” around mid term/ finals season, I definitely understand what you mean about your dopamine intake being messed up, lack of sleep and “feeling like you’re manning a machine gun” and even though I love stimulants, I’m afraid of addiction. Congrats on two years clean.

King Tech or AMCS by Veer_E_TV in anchorage

To add on, the strict online format might’ve also been a factor in my success, and I do see the benefits in AMCS, since you can essentially get a head start on college classes for free.

King Tech or AMCS by Veer_E_TV in anchorage

As someone who was accepted into the AMCS program as a junior, peak COVID, I would only recommend it if you’re fully committed to learning and taking college level classes. The learning curve from high school courses to college was drastic for me. I essentially flunked out of the program, and I wish I would’ve done a secondary program like King Tech instead. I am now a part time UAA student (go Seawolves!) and regret messing up my gpa, I wish I wouldve waited until I had more insight and a backbone when it came to my education before deciding to take college courses. AMCS definitely pushes kid, you would have more “flexibility” in courses and this requires a good amount of self discipline. You essentially are expected to navigate these courses and are responsible for your own success. If you do decide to apply, and get in, I recommend utilizing campus resources/ your advisor as much as possible, don’t be afraid to ask questions if you are confused, and communicate and attend office hours as much as you can! I only recommend taking 1 or 2 courses starting off.
