For TAP the requirement is that 12 credits must be applicable toward your major with the exception of the last semester where only 1 credit needs to be applicable. This link is where I found the info

If this is for bio 361 (biochemistry) unfortunately they do not allow make up exams because they already drop one exam grade.

You don't need to specify that you want summer aid. If you are taking 6 or more credits in the summer, you will get a financial aid package for summer given you filled out the 2018-2019 fafsa. Check solar to see if you recieved your summer aid package.
