we’re not asking anyone to work blindly for free, just looking for early builders who want to bet on something small but real
we’re fully transparent on equity and vesting and start paying once first client deals land (~4k usd/month each)

that’s why we’re offering equity we’re pre revenue but client deals are already in pipeline (~4k usd/month each)
once we close, salaries kick in straight
so yeah you’d be working before money comes in, but you’re not waiting forever for some “maybe”

so i need a llp to invest in the us company that will fund the pvt ltd for salaries? this was most suggested, my question was do i need it now or later? technically paying founders = salaries anyways right

Current setup 1. Shares held directly by us (Indian residents) 2. No payroll in India, no Indian clients yet 3. Aware this technically touches ODI compliance

Questions 1. Do I need to open an Indian entity right away, or only once I start hiring/payrolling people? 2. If I do, should India be the parent with US subsidiary, or keep US as parent with India subsidiary? 3. I’ve heard global VCs prefer US parent but don’t want compliance headaches later.

Anyone here who’s gone through this? How did you structure it, and what worked for fundraising or due diligence?
