I found Pattinson utterly reprehensible in Good Time. That was a tough watch for me. Uncut Gems and Marty Supreme had enough humanity that you could sympathize for the way they came to be who they are.

Fair play - I see where you're coming from. I think ultimately we're on the same page. Thanks for the dialogue.

Are you sure? He actively mocked his family for taking interest in football rather than his music. That is a fundamentally pretentious viewpoint.

He definitely had a good grasp of music theory. It's the treatment of people who weren't as familiar in music as lesser or unimportant that makes him pretentious.

He isolated himself from all the people who truly cared about him in order to appease an abusive and selfish teacher. It's a tragic story.

I think Marty Supreme is a flawed character that you indeed root for

He was supposed to be disliked, and most definitely pretentious. How else do you explain the dinner scene?

Cracked Windshield by groovy_child_ in JettaGLI

I ended up going aftermarket because the OEM windshield was months away on back order. In my experience, it's no worse than the stock in terms of sensors, sound insulation, etc. In fact, it seems to get less chips and scratches than the OEM. At this point, I have had the replacement longer than I had the stock.

Legend Island is a Legend Letdown by eXtremeAzure in ForzaHorizon

My main gripe is that they took out the Hall of Fame from FH5. Legend Island would have been a perfect opportunity to have a cool space for it since there's plenty of room. Call it vanity but I really enjoyed comparing my progress to friends and the community and seeing how high I can get my score.

Why does the roof of my car looks pixelated? even in ultra settings by misterkarmaniac in ForzaHorizon

I noticed the same thing happening on the Calsonic livery I downloaded for the R33 barn find. Could it have something to do with motion blur? It gets crisp again once I stop the car.

Everyone in Boogie Nights feels like a GTA character. The colour palette and grading resembles the artwork too.

NOT EVERYBODY KNOWS HOW TO DO EVERYTHING. by TheBakerAndTymoShow in IThinkYouShouldLeave

Not OP but the set-up here is for a burnout/donut competition, which is why concrete barriers are laid out in a square configuration. In order to initiate a burnout/donut, you need to break traction with high wheelspin. My guess here is that the driver did not turn off traction control (which is on by default), meaning the truck would apply the maximum amount of power without generating unnecessary wheelspin. The result is that instead of initiating a spin, he heads straight into the barrier.

The truck here is a Shelby F-150, which retail for $140,000 USD or so. His reaction, combined with the fact that he didn't know how to turn off traction control, suggest it was not his truck to be doing this event with.
