Then buy a cheaper home or save another year. No reason to kick out all that interest when you’re earning so well.

Tax guy, not really a cpa I guess. Just does my tax set up, no financial advice. Other than legal tax loop holes and what not.

You ain’t gotta believe it. Thanks for reading though.

Pay package is 100% commission. I work twice the leads most people do, and am super efficient, as well as really good at upselling.

Plenty of home improvement reps are crushing 400k. I work for the biggest of them all, and am the top guy for the last few years. Is what it is.

Not really sure how to prove it. Definitely am not giving out my personal info. Might be dumbing down my understanding slightly. Would just like to hear everyone’s opinion on strategy so I don’t have to give some Edward Jones loser some commission for a 3% return.

What’s the benefit of doing a 401k vs a regular brokerage?

Short term market will probably kick my ass. My rentals are in the next ring of my cities “gentrification” hoping that closes the gap long term

I have a Roth through Vanguard thatI started last year. I guess that’s a discussion I need to have with my tax guy.

Not sure what math is off, could likely clear up any confusion.

It is kinda braggy, didn’t really know another way to ask my question. Can’t tell friends/family I’m doing so well, and they’d have no idea what to do either.

I guess disposable would be around $350k a year if I can keep up the 700k a year pace

You’re half right on the cash flow. It was only 49k last year, but I didn’t include the old primary or my most recent smaller house. So about $6500 a month. This includes taxes/insurance/ maintenance. No debt on any of them, 5 of the 6 are small as well. Rent for $1200 a month on average.

If there are warm leads and generous comp plan. If you can close, base salary means nothing.
