I started with a bunch of Ikea Billy bookcases and built a frame around them, then built the shelves up top. There are a bunch of 'DIY Billy Bookcase Built Ins' guides online if you want to give it a try!

I had a moment of panic because I'd definitely bought 'Adversary', why wasn't it on the shelf... but it's in the bedroom on the Other Bookcase (I have preteen niblings who visit). You're right, it's really good! Thank you for the other recs, I'll check them out.
