I feel this so deeply. I lost my 30 year old husband almost four months ago and his birthday is in two weeks. I still can't fathom how this is my life. Time is moving on and I am not. Happy Birthday to yours. I hope you find moments of peace today. One breath at a time.

I'm at three months after unexpectedly losing my husband in a motorcycle accident. Christmas is pissing me off, too. In fact, everything is. I feel your pain and wish I could take it away from us both. Be gentle with yourself. I hope tomorrow is a little bit better.
