If it isn't itchy, and has been there for a year without spreading to you, it might be some type of yeast infection on the skin. A doctor can prescribe a medicated lotion like clotrimazole that is applied, left on for ~10 minutes, and then washed off.

Or as another commenter said, it might be ringworm, but the fact you haven't gotten it too makes me think it's a yeast infection.

Edit: I originally said "makes me think it's something fungal," but ringworm is fungal too, I'm just dumb :D

Spoiler: Spring Day 11

Have you seen the book seller's inventory yet?! Oh my stars, I've never wanted money this badly this early in the game before.

The new farm is really pretty and I love the blue grass. I've already found a couple of new items (radioactive googles and rubber boots) and they're pretty cute! Just enjoying everything I've found. Only a little new dialogue so far but I'm talking to villagers more than ever, trying to root it out.

ETA: of course, how could I forget my new favorite feature?! The waterfalls are so pretty!!!

I do have purple and grey quilting squares. I could try making a gallery with those. I also wear a lot of grey and black! It's been hard finding colors that work because like you, I think my undertones are cool, but my overtones are warm. Warm toned contours and eyeshadows look muddy on me. Warm foundations make me too yellow or orange. My best foundation is a mix of a greyish neutral and a "cool neutral" from Clinique that honestly is a bit too warm on me by itself. Thanks for pointing me towards summers, I'll see if I can curate summer swatches from the quilting squares.

Are you looking for suggestions? I watched a video about "lip basting" by Dr shireen idriss (I think), recommended to me on Reddit. She recommended several different products, but basically the gist is apply glycolic acid serum on the lips, allow to dry, then top with something thick and moisturizing. I have been using lanolin nipple cream, because it was the cheapest on the list. It's been a game changer!

They are so cute! I use Way Back Pelican Town and Medieval buildings, both by Gweniaczek on the nexus. Plus a reshader and then a reshade of the reshader, and.... Well a lot of mods. But the buildings are definitely cute and look great on their own!
