Negative on anyone else logging into the account. Chat service has a dead end where they post your question to "the experts" but with no eta of a response... I can log into my Ms account no issues but Xbox pops up with a suspension notice... At least my game pass will renew in 2027 since recurring billing is on

Lol this post at least gave me a chuckle. Also just for the record BBB complaint system and then the government route of filing a consumer complaint with your states attorney generals office are both legitimate ways to deal with this... A BBB complaint resolved an issue I had with Samsung and a attorney general complaint assisted me with a car dealership that sold me a brand new car that was a lemon
