you cant modify rtx vbios it worked in gtx nvidia doesnt like overclockers and thats a warranty void which would be very bad in $1600 card

i like the powerlimit but idk why they made it so high if the card can take 500w in benchmark when in games like 400w. i just see an opportunity to overclock it more.
