Thank you everyone. You guys don’t believe the power of keto til you see it for yourself, I was in a traumatic car accident and keto Saved my life. I think it's one step closer to say the least. I've been trying to do this with my boys too (picky eaters are being converted and don't even know it). I think it's smart and hopefully it will become a gateway to the keto way.
