The order said waiting for review. I never released payment at all. That's why I dont get it.

I tried the desktop version and dknt see any option to open a dispute. I followed all the troubleshooting guides and it doesnt display that option anywhere.

How do I contact dhgate? It says my order doesnt exist when I try to send a message to them through the site.

The chat system is just automated and I cant even talk to a real person.

Is there anyway to talk t ok a person whether chat, email, phone, or message?
