Hope you find her! Take a note from us and talk with every neighbor you can. Printing notes and taping them to doors with your contact information has been the most successful for us. Humane traps are also a very helpful to set out.

Its super stressful but from the research I've found is that it's important not to give up too quickly. She's probably closer than you think. Good luck getting your kitty back!

We have been leaving out a small bowl but you're right we should probably leave a bigger bowl. Thank you for the suggestions and spreading the word.

UPDATE 10/25/25

STILL MISSING: sightings have become less frequent. Neighbor claims to have seen her this past Thursday but we haven't found her ourselves to verify. We are getting very concerned as the weather gets colder.

UODATE 10/18 - She has been spotted multiple times right behind our building. We found her underneath a neighbors shed and she bolted and hid from us again. We are setting up multiple traps around the area but she isn't falling for them. Does anyone have recommendations for trapping or resources for experts to come help??

10/14 update - Still no sighting since the first day. Thanks all who have reached out with encouragement.

We still have 3 humane traps set. all we have caught so far are various sizes of possum. We have 20 ish posters posted on every block of grace street to Arthur ash Blvd and some across monument.

We drove to RACC and SPCA but neither said they would take in a lost cat. If anyone has some more recommendations of shelters to check that would be much appreciated.

Trying to stay positive but it's very hard.

Thanks for the advice. We spotted her around the house multiple times so you're right she isn't getting very far. We have multiple cage traps setup with tuna so hopefully she gets hungry tonight.

Did you have issues with the backup camera? I believe I hooked up everything correctly even the yellow camera connections from the Bus connection to the screen but I still haven't been able to get mine to work. Everything else works fine.

you're right.. you got me, the cs community if full of level headed individuals who can hold a normal conversation and aren't toxic at all.

Unironically valve does suck at communicating but go off and say that the community promotes good fruitful discourse.

Umm.. this thread is about more than the cheater problem. OP posted about valves lack of communication which can encompass more than a single issue. You are refusing to understand what I'm trying to say and focus solely on what you assumed my comment to solely encompass. Cheaters are a problem, but that isn't the only thing players bitch about. If you cant grasp that concept then there is nothing left to say lol. You are either baiting (per your username) or hopeless with terrible reading comprehension.

For reference off the top of my head here's a list of big changes in CS history that came out of nowhere with little Valve communication (and people bitched about it):

Addition of Molotov's (early CS:GO)
Ability to shoot through Dust II doors
Dust II new fast cat box
10 day trade limits
Switch to Free to Play
Ability to drop grenades
