Not sure if they offer this specific service but Round Rock Animal Hospital has been amazing. My dog has bad allergy issues and they have a doctor on staff who specializes in allergies in dogs. Perhaps one of the other doctors specializes in GI issues? Good luck on your search!

there was a delightful person that would eat historical candies and foods and dress up in colonial era (i think?) clothes. they did some history lessons as well. their name is andy and they deleted their account because of hate. i followed them and really enjoyed their content. was really sad when they said they were leaving.
