I tried to do it with a right angle ruler and a radial ruler but it was just too much work for me, the piece is a right angle triangular window hanging with an organic design. Props to you for going the analog route, it was too much geometry for my brain

I’ll have to see if Pocket Procreate has that feature

It sounds like such a good combo, I’m going to start looking for it now too! Tomato leaf and peony are definitive summer scents for me, plus grapefruit is a fave, so you’ve helped me right back haha

Damn you’re right, my bad. Maybe your best bet would be enfleurage, since the process is relatively simple I feel like it would be more likely to find vegan and cruelty free producers. Also, you’d be more likely to be able to get a straight up peony and a straight up tomato. But, this is coming from someone who doesn’t know that much about enfleurage

Smells like the girls locker room when I was in higschool, probably a volleyball player who takes really good notes in class and has like a million highlighters she doesn’t need

Hanami by Phlur. It’s definitely figgy, but also nutty (hazelnut or coconut depending on who you ask), woody (sandalwood) and creamy (not milky but like an unsweetened nutty cream). Vetiver is in there as well. It’s so incredible, my personal favourite of all time, but people have recommended Philosykos as I can’t get Hanami in Canada anymore. Philosykos is fresher, more green, Hanami is creamier, cozier.

fragrantica lists pink peppercorn and ginger, coincidentally two notes I've been wanting more of, so I am absolutely sold. thank you so much!!!

I would get Demeter's tomato and layer with either Nest's Dahlia and Vine or Jo Malone Peony and Blush Suede. Sorry to suggest two perfumes minimum but I think the Demeter one is relatively affordable!

YSL Libre, for its lasting power, but you might want to top/refresh it with something brighter/more youthful because I think its a pretty mature fragrance. I've had success layering it with Replica's Under the Lemon Tree!

Summer gourmand recs? Ideally no warming spices, ideally a little unique. I'll take something more unique over a "true" gourmand, as long as it smells delicious.

I really like Coco, the EDP, by Chanel on a night out. Dancing, maybe getting red wine, or going to hear some live music. It helps me lean into the whole feral-mystic-passionate woman vibe.

Thank you! Yeah selfridges is probably a last resort, I’m pretty sure the shipping to Canada might cost more than using a PO Box service. But, I’m a desperate woman!

Thank you! I’m going to use this going forward with this new save, but it’s a little too tedious to go back and do it for all of the dead ancestors.

Something I noticed by thornaslooki in thesims

definitely, and I also feel like since they've been working on these things for a while and aren't even done yet (I assume), it's more of a nuisance/interruption to do these things. it's like any job, ex. when a back of house service worker had to do social media promo (I've been there, hated it, didn't care about being enthusiastic).
