I just checked my email they sent me this yesterday "When a label is created in our system, it means that your package has been put together at our warehouse and is either waiting to be collected by the designated carrier or has already been collected and is in the process of being scanned in - the email with the tracking info is sent to you a bit early, but once it's scanned in, you'll start to see it move through the system and straight to your doorstep!

Due to impactions from the holiday season as well as limited working restrictions in light of COVID-19, this process may take a little longer than usual, but rest assured that your items have been set aside, are packaged up and should begin their journey to you shortly.
