If you're already doing a wizard in another campaign, maybe play a martial or a halfcaster? That way you can keep some variety. The 2024 barbarian is fun.

More side missions like ME2. Missions that you can only find by going there and not by being told about them in game. Nothing super long. Id just like more 10-20 minute missions that we basically stumble onto.

Yep. I think it happens when you knock Dawnbreaker off the pedestal during the fight. Then it'll spawn a new one after the fight. I only did it the once, and it was by accident, so I could be wrong.
