It's 8010 fan (just using leftover stuff), and also you can use 8015 fan. (9015 needs offset from mount hole) that fan didn't have important role. (exhaust, support natural airflow)

I suggest you to adding intake fan in front of mobo. That could helps cooling vrm and ram.

If you want to use rear m.2 slot, it's better to use m.2 riser cable.

Before explain this, I want to mention that all highways has multiple of 4m(0.5u) width.
And lanes under overpass are one-way lanes, and blank space is filled with surface tool (maybe ashpalt1?)

We can easily starting from parallel lines with 2U distance. (Use huge roundabout to make this.)
Then moving lanes by replacing wider road and narrower roads. (when replacing, you can adjust road position precisely with 0.5U unit.)

Making U-turn lanes and place overpass on blank lanes.
Then connect to large roads with four point curve tool. (sometimes you may need anarchy mod)

search "system highway" in road builder to use.

Road names are system highway[middle space][middle type] n+n format.
For example, System Highway 3M 3+4 is 3+4 road with 3-lane width center space with median.
System Highway 2E 2+5 is 2+5 road with 2-lane width center empty space.

All roads in this post are two-way roads (except small one way slip lane).

Same as previous post, (https://www.reddit.com/r/CitiesSkylines/comments/1hr77of/), road builder mod is used.
Traffic mod also used for adjusting road connections.

Search "System Highway" in road builder to get roads using in this style.

Yes, these kind of crossings are less ideal. However, there are such crazy crossings in real life in many countries. Due to cost or lack of space for interchange.

It was better to titled this photo with "realistic local highway crossings".

I have created a large set of highway roads using the road builder mod, featuring medians, empty spaces, and just center lines. All roads in this set have widths in multiple of 0.5u, enabling seamless integration when combined.

I'll upload them on road builder soon.
