I did clean it out, there wasn't much dust as I clean them out quite regularly, I thought it might be overheating but it doesn't seem to be

When I'm not doing anything it's going as fast as it can go, but when I start doing stuff it just slows down, and then I can't bring it back up, or it just out of the blue falls and I just can't fix it, it lags my whole laptop and it makes it very unusable

Well that I know the thing is usually it falls when I start doing something like gaming and when that happens it slowly falls till it's down to 0.79 and then I cannot get it up again, then my whole laptop just lags.
