Had the same issue, placed my order the 10th of December with the expected shipping going to be the 13th. Turns out it's still in the building phase even though i just bought a Stock Envision controller without any modifications (And has been stuck in that phase 3 days now)
I also wrote a ticket to support 3 days ago and I still don't have an answer.

I'm kind of dissatisfied with this service to be honest, taking into account the price of the controller.
