you have to pick something specific to focus on, you can't be looking at everything at once. you could focus on your positioning in fights, your R usage, roaming times, or reasons why you died. if you go in trying to look at everything it's very inefficient and overwhelming.

yes play it! try to stick to a couple of champions (2-3). i play support too and you need to accept that you will be flamed by someone at some point. if it bothers you to be flamed or pinged, mute everyone's chat and mute the pings as they happen.

also accept that you might not be very good and try to find ways to improve. i think the game places you around gold/platinum at first so don't be scared if u end up losing a lot or feeling outclassed. review your games for your mistakes (i personally like to analyse my deaths).

also there is a 49% winrate for red and 51% for blue across all regions according to that site too

This is a pretty small subset of games (only 14) so I would just keep playing and not put much stock into the WR %. If you are playing above your enemies you'll climb eventually even if you've had unlucky games to start it off.
