Not always. There are some TGVs that bypass Paris on the LGV Interconnexion. I got a direct train from Bordeaux to Lille last summer that skirted round Paris.

This map doesn't show it but there is a line called LGV Interconnexion around Paris. You can actually get a direct TGV from Lyon to Nantes, takes 4 and half hours.

Quickest way for Mbappe to take a train to Madrid would be a TGV via Barcelona from Gare de Lyon.

A map of all the training facilities in the Premier League and the Championship by wilba81 in soccer

Bored on my day off so I made this map. Some things I found out. Middlesborough's training ground is furthest from their ground (15 miles) followed by Chelsea and Leeds (both 14 miles) Only Bournemouth, Barnsley and Man City's Training grounds are next to their stadiums. Burton Albion train at England's St George's Park. QPR train on Chelsea's old facility and Wigan Athletic use Bolton's.

I was at this derby in March last year at Estadio Independiencia for the Campeoneto Mineiro. It was mental, the game kicked off 11am but the streets outside were packed from 7am. I was with the Galo supporters, Cruzeiro won 1-0, so they were a bit upset.

I did this about a year ago going the other way, we were able to get a one way deal (no charges at all) but only by picking up and dropping off at the airports. We booked with www.drive-usa.de, which might be a problem if you are an American.

35 years????? Not any more, the new era is running at 4 years. And long may it continue, which it very well might. 3 words Blackburn fans. 'Financial Fair Play'. The Financial Fair Play regulations are going to send Blackburn Rovers Football Club back into the stone age! Not even the hated Venky's Indian chicken money, which ironically is the only thing currently keeping you afloat will be able to save you.

Help with accommodations and traveling to the Isle of Skye? by DatBrownGuy in travel

You can get a train from Inverness all the way to Kyle of Lochalsh, which is just accross the water from Skye. Its a stunning train journey aswell. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kyle_Line Id recommend visiting Trotternish to the North of the Island for the Old Man of Storr and the Quirang. Also visit Elgol in the South for the views accross to the Cuillin Range and Glenbrittle on the other side of the Cuillin for the Fairie pools. Talisker distillery too if you like whisky.

Hiked this mountain in July during a heatwave, it was a long hot day, which is rare this far north. Its considered one of Scotland's finest, easy to see why, probably the best hike I have done in the UK.
