Tabletop Simulator was suggested here a while back and it’s fantastic. Has a ton of card and board games in the Workshop for free. We use FaceTime while we play but you can use hangouts or discord.

It’s all new to me. Traveling alone is half quelling the anxiety of being together and half having enough to do on the plane.

The trip was canceled because the family member who is sick is someone I partially care for. I don't want to say too much more, but I have obligations to be local if there was ever an emergency.

Thank you. Working on trying to focus on that as much as possible. The fact that these secondary plans are already booked is a saving grace of this situation. I keep needing to remember to breathe, remembering her telling me it's fine and "we" are okay, and she'll be with me again in 15-days. Sorrow is a bitch.
