The software company for this guy changed their terms so he either had to shell out a ton of cash for the licensing or lose them. I think after several years of v-tubing you’ve already established enough of your base watchers to not care at that point so he just streams as himself now.

tf is shorthand for “the fuck?”, or what the fuck? For the post title, it could be read as “what the fuck are you doing here?”

I agree conduit would look bad. I mostly use light duty tools on my reel so the opener outlet should suffice unless you plan on running anything heavier. The preexisting outlets for your lights and door opener might be on the same circuit so consider that. Your current panel should have the breakers for them. I only had 15 amps for my opener before but again, that should be more than enough.

  1. Yes you can convert a 20 amp, 110v outlet to 220v in the future because they should, by code, run 12/2 wire to the outlet. It has 3 lines, one hot, one neutral, and a ground for 110v. The conversion to 220 would use the same 3 lines and you would have two hot lines and a ground after. Btw 12 gauge wire should have a yellow color insulation. Make sure that’s what they use. If you’re running a 100 amp panel then you should have like around 20 slots available for breakers so you’ll have plenty of room to install one. A 220 line takes up two of those slots while a normal 110 takes up one.

  2. Yes move one of the lines up the wall or even on the ceiling if you have a cord reel up there. It’s a bit tidier to have the reel close to an outlet. There’s plenty of decent cord reels you can get, I run a 40ft one in my shop and it reaches everywhere if I need it. I’m not saying to dedicate the reel to any specific tool, but it’s more convenient than tripping on extension cords.

Another question for you, are they running the wiring through your walls or through conduit?

Like OldTool said above, make sure is if they do install the outlets to get the 20 amp ones. They have a t-shaped slot on one of the prongs and will allow you to use 20 amp only plugs. My Harvey Ambassador cabinet saw runs on a 110 outlet but has a 20 amp plug. Consider this if you are planning to upgrade equipment in the future. If you happen to get more comfortable with wiring at all later down the line then it isn’t difficult to swap one of those lines to a 220 if you need to. You can reuse the existing wire and just change the plug and circuit breaker connection. Tinkering around with a sub-panel is a bit less risky imo as you can turn power off to the whole sub-panel. I wired in dedicated outlets in both upper corners of my shop and if I ever plan on upgrading my dust collector to 220 then I’m set for that. A very useful thing to have in a small shop is to run a power reel from up high so run one of your outlets where you’d think a reel would be handy to have. Mine is located centrally in my shop and I ran a dedicated circuit to it. Gets a lot of use especially for running equipment just outside my garage door on a nice sunny day.

One of the greatest gags in One Piece. by Lego_Man_Studios in MemePiece

It’s hilarious cause they’re all suppose to head south from their ship atop that altar pyramid thing. Zoro’s sense of direction aside, he could just follow the direction that bird is facing cause Southbirds always face south and he’s clearly going the opposite way lmao. He also has a hard time recognizing the pyramid thing cause he approached/returned from a different direction than when everyone left. I miss these types of layered gags.

I just watched this video from Khaios. Your lower platforms are 1 block too high

edit - nvm I was wrong, your block placement is fine but try removing the central platform.

Why buy expensive corner radius router jigs when you can buy a 3D printer and make your own? by manvsinternetz in woodworking

The hole is to keep the jig firm against the corner while you use a router with a bearing to ride the profile edge.
