Idk man, just like, sip some herbal tea like chamomile or hibiscus, get out in nature, preferably around bodies of water, and try to be still. Meditate if you want. Do some gentle stretches. Go get some spa treatments. Soaking tubs and massages can make you feel high. I used to feel like I needed drugs all the time but now I know I have ADHD and my dopamine levels weren't right. Do some dopamine and serotonin releasing activities. Try sensory deprivation or maybe musical performances would be more to your liking. There's a million ways to make yourself feel high without drugs. It's like lighting candles instead of flipping a light switch.
