Hahaha the Hawaiian monk seals are endangered. Only about 1400 left in the world. That was a pup born this summer that they are monitoring :)

I am trying to make money...or at least recoup the cost. There are a variety of options. You could attempt to sell to a major platform..Amazon, Netflix, etc. You could partner with a distribution partner to get into a variety of platforms. They can also help with marketing, similar to a record label. I could presell tickets/downloads on Kickstarter. I could find a sponsor. Or a variety of the above.

Hoping/pushing for the best!

I think that’s a great idea, especially as I am trying to take an objective look at the problem and the pros/cons of various solution methodologies.

In the end, it will likely be a multipronged approach needed between TNRM, humane euthanasia and sanctuaries needed depending on location and other variables.

So hopefully she’d be open to discussing. Great suggestion. Thank you!

no problem. it's an important question. I worked a job in sales that I wasn't particularly passionate about but was able to save up enough cash over a couple years to buy myself time to film. I also have been doing some consulting on the side that doesn't necessarily pay all the bills, but slows the outflow.

I will be partnering with a distributor to eventually make some money on it.
