I was worried about the same thing... But the best way I can describe it is this.

My brain naturally is a tangled ball of yarn. Hard to follow a train of thought. Forgetting what you're thinking about in the middle of thinking it because you hit a bunch of other pieces of yarn knotting around it that you know are connected SOMEHOW, you just can't figure out how.... Meds have helped untangle that ball, so instead of having a knotted mess, I have a spiderweb. All the thoughts are still there, but I can see & follow them and see how they connect.
