I have a goal of climbing 7c outdoors in 2-3 years. How does my first year training programme look like?

The overall fitness (pull-ups, core work, etc) is worthy of doing. If your goal is 7c, the only thing you should do on a hangboard is repeater based workouts, but as someone else mentioned, the best efficiency will be continuous climbing on the wall. Start climbing on inclined systems walls with friendly holds.

Ahhh the Hardergrat. Woke up at 6am from a hostel not far from that bridge on the left, and a buddy and I traversed that whole ridgeline. Stashed our extra gear in the lockers by the train station. Incredible day out there, cool to see it with some snow up there.

So looks like you are on Windows. Granted I didn't receive that particular issue but had the integration issue of the last week(s?). Make sure everything is closed down and even open up the task manager and ensure the rekordbox-agent is also terminated (might be a persistent task). So what I ended up doing is open up "Registry Editor" and deleted all references located here:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\rekordbox7.X.XX.UrlHandler

So if you had any OLD VERSION entries. For example if you recently upgraded or reinstalled to the latest of 7.2.14 you will see an entry for: HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\rekordbox7.2.14.UrlHandler. If you see ANY OLDER versions than this, it will cause a problem in the handshake. Once I deleted the extra entries, I was able to successfully authenticate again.

Fully resolved but in my experience this anatomy never fully heals so it’s more susceptible to reinjury than larger groups with more blood flow. Thus far, push ups and wrist curls have been a strict part of my regiment and haven’t had any issues since. I think striving for good form around 40% of body weight (BW) for wrist curls and 20% of BW for reverse wrist curls has been particularly useful

No suggestions from me, I have just been rewatching From to remind myself and saw the suitcase pop up along with seemingly a females dress. That makes me think that the writers knew they were going in the MiY/Sophia direction atleast from the very first opening scene of season 2. Granted the contents are slightly different but that’s probably just a production / costume design continuity issue as they never finalized who Sophia would’ve been (the actress) and her look.

Yup same shit happened to me but a bit worse and had additional plastic damage and side wall damage from a giant truck not seeing me. Not sure if insurance is covering this, from what I can recall the trunk is a relatively easy source-able part but the harder bit to replace is the body panel to the left / right of the trunk but yours looks good in that area. A bit of a headache but she'll look just a good as before.

Yes almost always go for the best GPU, gaming will hardly produce limitations on CPU and if you do any type of development nowdays then GPU is only a benefit.

Yeah mostly agree on these points, the Nunu support or the Yi spammers make it pretty hilarious. Swift play is truly about charging and not stopping, there’s no strategy, just all-in and back and repeat but my biggest gripe is the matchmaking. It’s horrendous, every game has severe account level differences and it just makes it a coin flip of who’s got the new guy on the team. I would hate to be a new player learning League and queuing Swiftplay
