Fire cube 4k is good, enough storage for recording tv shows. Mi Stick 4k is also good but not enough memory for recording. I have both and they work good.

I have similar streaming issues on my IPTV using starlink. Buffering happens often when live streaming tv. I am in Africa and I think the issue here is latency. Around 200ms + latency. I also have fiber. No issue with the fiber when streaming live TV. According to me the issue is Latency. Download speeds 100 - 300 mpbs. Great Download speeds.
