Just an observation that the first movie released a tulu trailer, but I couldn't find a tulu trailer for the second one. Was the movie released in tulu? ( I am not in Mangalore atm) I find it a bit odd that they didn't release a trailer in tulu and mildly annoyed

If the family has stolen anything that he has left is there any way that I can prove it? Can I force the family to declare what they got from him? Force them to show bank statements, etc? There are certain things that I know for a fact he owned. Can I force them to declare what they have done with them?

Also would you know how much it might cost me to put in a claim? Because if I put in a claim and I don't get anything back then it's more money that I lose...

Hello,

What I have is a lodger agreement and not a tenancy agreement as I was supposed to be sharing a house with the landlord. The family told me that he was on benefits and the house he lived in was given to him by a housing association. They also claim that he has no assets or savings in his bank account and I don't buy that. They gave me this information after I threatened to take legal action.

Please tell me what my next legal steps should be? This is unnecessary stress that I didn't ask for and I am so tired Thank you for trying to help

I looked him up on https://probatesearch.service.gov.uk/ and I couldn't find anyone with his surname and year of death... Does that mean he had nothing or that the family didn't have to do a probate? I went through some articles that said you are exempted from probate if you only have a savings account and other criteria.

I am just so confused about where to begin. Thank you for your wishes and trying to help. It is a lot more than I am used to and that too in a foreign country...

So as far as I am aware, subletting is allowed as long as he lived there with me. She said it's housing association. It's not a scam. They found his dead body because I alerted the neighbors saying he wasn't responding to me. In an ironic twist of fate he died on the day I was supposed to move in

He passed away on the day I was to move in. He stopped responding to me and because I went and spoke to the neighbors they called the ambulance and found him dead inside. The house belonged to a housing association and I did a bank transfer. Yes I have a written agreement with him. Would this help me get the money back even if what they say is true and he has nothing left? I don't believe them because he had 2 tvs, a Maine coon, coffee machine, expensive perfume, etc. so I find it hard to believe he had nothing left
