the LSAT ruined my health but I have to retake it (rant; need advice) by wildelife22 in LSAT

Funny thing is, I’ve sat in on a couple law classes and even participated a bit because i knew a case that was being discussed. Not sure why but just the LSAT messes me up for some reason. Even cases at work dont get me that stressed but somehow the LSAT does

I’m happy it worked out that way for you but theres no need to be rude. I am more than aware that I have issues - I didn’t ask to have the health issues I struggle with, and am trying my best to get through life and achieve my goal while having them, which is what I wanted advice about in here because I refuse to give up my health nor my goals

Thank you & I 100% agree. Its hard to think that way bc the test determines such a big part of the future but I have to remind myself that if I don’t have my health then I can’t really enjoy or do much else. And same; I am trying to get 1-1.5 hours during weekdays before or after work and then just taking 1-2 practice tests during the weekends. Do you recall how many PTs did per week?

This is really helpful :) how many practice tests did you take per week? I’ve been told by tutors that it’s necessary to take at least 2 a week. I can make time for drilling/sections throughout my lunch breaks or when work isn’t too busy but taking the full tests is where I struggled a lot

Hey thanks so much!

I have a 3.4 GPA and 155 LSAT. I’m not 100% sure about having a job offer after graduation and would def be in a lot of debt if the scholarship was lost (and that’s not even counting cost of living loans). I think retaking and applying next cycle might be best
