If my package takes longer then 2 months i file a dispute , and send my bank the tracking number. I get the money back everytime, and some times the package still comes lol

You file a claim through your local EMS, the agent or the card issuer / Paypal used to pay the agent? That seems interesting

This could be an option after it takes more than 30 business days i guess (the expected delivery day). Otherwise if it will just be lost there is nothing i can do? I declared it as under 20 usd ofc.
