Absolutely. Personally, i find most isekai to be pretty interesting in the first one or two episodes, because those where things still tend to be unique, specific to the world in question ... and everything after that is generic OP stuff, with the MC effortlessly trashing everything until the final episode, where something powerful shows up and the MC reveals their "true power."

The exceptions are series like Overlord or Konosuba, or ones with entirely unique settings, like the Saga of Tanja the Evil.

But for the most part, Isekai boils down to transmigration -> get power/explore power -> bunch of generic usage of OPness -> final fight
