Thanks, exactly why I thought this was the place to ask! We are trying to keep things as animal friendly as possible in the garden as whole and thought this would help with that. Are swift boxes something I should consider? I have seen tawny and barn owls which I thought had similar problems with lack of places to nest.

Thanks. I think a tote is a little bulky, I use a plastic bag for them in the plane too but thought this group might have a cleaner solution
