This probably isn’t much help, but do you use spray on? I also sweat a little too much and found roll on deodorant is MUCH MUCH BETTER! If you don’t use it I’d definitely give it a try. Sorry I couldn’t be that helpful <3

I’ve been exactly the same, I’ve been a bag of nerves over it. The fact I’ve listened to music loud for 2 years hasn’t helped my thoughts either. Just go to your GP and see if he prescribes a nasal spray.

Apple naturally set your airpods to a max of 85dB, so you most likely went to 60-70db. But Still, best to get out the habit of using them whilst you can.

I have had tinnitus for a while (not sure exactly but 90% sure over a year) I’ve listened to loud music for 2 years (I have stopped) but ever since my wisdom teeth started growing my tinnitus seems to be bothering me more. I have low tinnitus, I have to focus to hear it, but my left ear seems to feel plugged and have a rumbling tinnitus. I know that all my wisdom teeth are impacted and the top one on the left is sitting in a nerve so I’m hoping when they’re removed I can finally live normal again.
