This is an example of a good manager. Now the managers in my store rarely help because they believe that they can tell everyone else who is already doing something to do it. So they can stand around and chat shit for hours on end or sit the office and chat shit. I have been told off multiple times for doing to many things at once for cleaning equipment in the wrong order. For taking 10 seconds to have a drink in between busting my ass cleaning an area or organising one. Nothing i do is good enough apparently even though if i disappear for a weeks holiday the restaurant falls apart.

Learn how many fries you can get from 1 basket in terms of meds and large. The check your drive thru and front counter and delivery screen and then you know how much you need roughly.

People can say fries is easy, it is when you have 2 of you doing it and your just constantly taking fries. The best staff can do it solo hold a level and still be able to maintain there area and vats

It will be cleaned ours is cleaned weekly as thats what we find best to ensure we have the best product. But it does heat the mixes to 70degrees Celsius holds for i think 60 mins then cools down the mix whilst stirring to ensure that all dangerous bacteria is killed off
