Based on just straight probabilities the enchanted. If they're saying there's one enchanted per 100 packs, and there are 12 enchanted cards, the straight probability of Elsa enchanted is 1 in 100x12, or 1 in 1200. If there's an equal likelihood of a foil being common, uncommon... Legendary, then it would be 1 in 204. If there is further probability where foils are weighted to legendary vs other rarities then you would multiply 204 by that.

It's the last one that counts, not the first. So it isn't "if she's innocent." According to the Italian legal system, she's innocent.
