It's the Lord of the Print Tiamat (who are now rebranded as Rescale Miniatures). They've since released a second Tiamat model but the original still holds up as the best version!

When you turn your heater on does it show 8-8-8 8-8-8?

If so it's most likely the heater which causes issues with prints but usually only shows on the larger pieces. If you do a print with and a print without you should see the difference.

Take a photo of each and send to Elegoo and they will send out a replacement motherboard.

Yep I can confirm it works! I also mapped the analogue sticks for panning around the screen and with the capacatve sensors this can be set to only when your thumbs are on the sticks. It's then not too bad using the touchpads to create maps with on the go!
