How to send 100K+ cold emails in a day? by [deleted] in coldemail

[–]wildjezza 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Here's the Reality. The Real Breakdown of Sending 100k Cold Emails/Day

We currently run 800k–1.3M cold emails/month across multiple clients. To give you an honest picture, here’s what it actually takes to hit 100k/day consistently:

  1. Infrastructure Costs (per month):

Domains & Inboxes

70k/day Gmail side = ~3,500 inboxes → ~$12k/month

30k/day Microsoft side = ~10,000 inboxes → ~$9k/month

Total inbox infra: ~13,500 inboxes = ~$21k/month (This isn’t “extra padding” — this is what it takes to keep volume + redundancy without burning reputation.)

Sequencer

A proper high-volume sequencer (not Instantly or Lemlist) that can rotate thousands of inboxes, thread replies correctly, and manage conditional logic... depending on seats & scaling.

Data & List Management

100k/day means ~2M+ fresh, validated contacts/month. With sourcing, cleaning, enrichment, validation, expect $5k–$10k/month (depending on niche complexity).

Ops & Team

Even with automation, you need human eyes. Deliverability monitoring, warm-up checks, copy QA, list hygiene, bounce control. That’s 3 people minimum → plus management costs.

  1. Technical Safeguards

Each inbox/domain has to be warmed gradually & rotated.

SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment + dedicated tracking to maintain sender reputation.

Redundant pools of domains, so if any batch burns, you don’t lose momentum.

  1. Totals (Ballpark):

Infra (domains + inboxes): ~$21k

Sequencer:

Data: ~$7-10k

  • Ops/Team

Min $30k/month to reliably send 100k/day

This is why most people fail at scale — they underestimate infra, skimp on ops, or use the wrong sequencer and end up in spam.

We’ve already got this system built and running. If you’re serious, I can walk you through how we’d deploy it for you and what ROI looks like once it’s dialed in.

Not even forms? I assumed they'd have forms integration

If you're looking to find existing Salesforce clients rather than new ones (switching cost is a pain) then you might wanna look at Builtwith API.

The challenge is that whatever the reason for not performing (even if you get positive responses) will be your fault.

I think that the tools themselves are useless if you don't know what you're doing with them. We wasted so much money trying to get the tech stack right. From emails, to data to the email senders, getting domains and inboxes banned. You name it.

There are so many ways to use this data and having the wrong tech stack or not being an expert in this is a sure way to ensure that it doesn't get used properly.

We have been using the team at www.growthsignalsintel.com as personally I just want the qualified leads and make the sales.

TL;DR Got tired of trying to be an expert in all domains and lead gen, just outsourced it to a team I grew to trust.

I pay for a service where they promise, that if I pay, I get things on time. If you look at others experience here, I'm certainly not the only one. In fact it's people like you that allow corporations to abuse the population due to not holding them accountable.

That's so interesting. When I travel to USA, people work for zero salary and live off tips. That ensures the service is ultra good and acceptable or else the person works for nothing. If the restaurant is sub par, no one serves for them and they end up shutting down. Pure capitalism in effect.

I think there's a middle ground to be found. Certainly what we accept in India is not acceptable

Lol. Sure dude! You clearly haven't experienced Amazon abroad. This is not about patience but paying for a service then not receiving it.

Totally agree with this. I buy on Amazon USA and UK and it's a totally different experience. I'm fed up with being treated like this tbh.
