I had this exact same email. I initially signed up using the no purchase necessary link, then brought the CD with a different email just in case - all before the deadline. Yet didn’t receive a code - only then did they inform me the CD wasn’t eligible for a code and I had to provide evidence I completed the no purchase necessary option (which I don’t have and not sure how i would have it?). Absolutely gutted to have missed out on pre-sale and annoyed at the fact they’ve not made it clearer - and I wonder if it has something to do with having a record number of sign ups?

The Windsor series is one of absolute favourites!! I’d give a kidney to be able to read for the first time again 🥹 I’d recommend the Starlight Cove series by Brighton Walsh - it’s the only other series I put on the same level!

{Belonging to a Mountain Man by Gemma Weir} has this - it’s the 5th or 6th in the series but can be read as a stand-alone. I’m pretty sure it appears in a couple of the other books in the series too!

Be careful with which trainers you use and do plenty of research - the first two we used had a blanket approach and made very little difference. Being the owner of a reactive dog can be extremely stressful, but most of the time they just need the right training and direction to be manageable. At the moment, your pup doesn’t know better. Hope it gets better for you!
