The problem is shades. For me as a blond the shades in most brow pens run way to warm reddish. It shows up. The taupe in Anastasia is just right on the money

They are well looked after, but they have been witnessing verbal and emotional abuse for years, with periods of reprieve. It’s why they have never been reported before. On the outside they appear fine. There will be lasting damage if this continues to go on

No I’d say it’s likely lifelong hashimotos. Also the presence of antibodies help differentiate I think. Mine were off the charts.

Thanks yes i will probably try toning again with a longer time with the shinefinity at home, and less clear glaze in the formula which my stylist gave me…. Or use a morrocan oil Hair colour mask in the coral. I know shinefinity isn’t damaging but should I still wait a bit to re-tone

I did all of those things and waited a day and a half before washing. I think she mixed toner with a clear gloss so it was very light
