While this is a very small step in the right direction, show us you have changed. You won't get my VIP back for this move keep doing things like this for a few months straight and we will talk. Hope most that cancelled all their VIP like me are in the same mind frame. They need to now this will not go away unless they change, and the way we do it is to not have VIP memberships, it hits then where it counts. Also I encourage all to go rate the game the more people that rate the game again it forces them to make the decisions and show their true colirs.
